Not sure if any of mis amigos y amigas go on here anymore.. but here goes anyway.

I started painting again last night/this morning! Yes, went about seven months without any painting, which wasn't a great idea, but I survived because I did a lot of art last semester.

As absurd as the idea behind this painting and its content is, it is not looking so surreal as of yet.. Though I'm sure by the time all of the details and ridiculous things that will inevitably happen it will be.

So far it is full of very dark, rich colours... red, greens, browns.. white for now, that will change soon enough..

perspective seems to still escape me.. maybe once everything else is in place it will work out better..

Oh, right. I'm going back to school in the fall (more like late summer).. pretty sure I've already told everyone that though.. Going to finally actually major in Art and Design.. yeah, go figure right? Printmaking is my concentration, at least for now.

Job searches failed.. bad time to graduate... hopefully I will graduate with this second degree and as well as a masters in hmm, haven't exactly decided which thing yet by the time I'm thirty.. well that is my current life goal. These things can always change though.

Funny thing I realized the other day, I have spent long stretches of the last five years living out of suitcases, only one summer in the past five have I not lived out of one.. crazy...
